Which one has the most training and is best suited for a diabetic and heart patient?

i'm not sure i understand the question, but PA's and CNA's have completely different jobs. CNA's do personal care--bathing, positioning, assisting in daily activities like feeding, toileting, etc. they are trained to get basic non-invasive information like vital signs and checking blood sugars. a physician's assistant is just that--s/he works closely with the physician, making rounds with or in place of the physician, consulting with other doctors, prescribing treatments and meds, etc.
