Hepatitis B tests

Dear Doctor,
I am 39 yrs. old and diabetic. Recently I consulted a doctor for a piles surgery. During the presurgery tests HBsAg (Ultra) positive detected. It was 23.85EU/ml (using mini Vidas). Also I went for all liver function tests and abdomen sonography. All are OK. There was no any damage in my liver. Again I went for HBV quantitative Real Time-PCR. Result was 'Less than detectable limit (<100). Can you please tell me whether I am infected or not. Why the results are different in two different tests? I am very dissapointed.

Regards,
R.John
