Unhappy Question to anyone

im on cilift (anti dep) and zolpidem (sedative hypnotic) tried stopping cold turkey and discovered its not plorable. im so young, but so messed up. do i need to accept that im going to be on medication for the rest of my life or what?

I don't know those meds. but you should taper off any med.

All medication should be tapered through a doctor's advice and watch. Never cut medications like that cold turkey. You'll suffer more and it can cause you more problems. Believe you me, I've tried to do it many a time and ended up worse each time. I've learned to accept my disability and that some medications I will have to be on for a lifetime. It could be worse, I always say.
