Low DHEA and Testosterone please help !!!

hey all

i'm a 26 year old male.. so i had a blood test done on my hormones few years ago and it showed i had issues with my adrenal glands and testosterone, all being on the low end of normal... my doc said you should be in the high end being in your 20s so we did supplementation but with natural stuff...

fast forward to now... i've had issues with docs believing i may have lyme disease but overall i've done pretty well health wise if i do have it.. but my body has all these problems.. like hypothyroid, tons of food allergies, etc.

so i had another blood test and here are the results:

Free Testosterone 78 ref: 47-244 pg/mL
DHEA - sulfate 294 ref: 280-640 ug/dL

now i had mono recently so i'm not sure if that plays a role too.. but this other natural doc said that's too low for my age and so she told me to supplement with 50mg of DHEA and is giving me some herbal stuff to raise testosterone...

I'm COMPLETELY CONFUSED if i should take it cause i read different things about all of this stuff... since i've had issues before with endocrine system and such this might be my body the way it is, or maybe it was mono, lyme? who knows.. i just really need to know if i should supplement or not, what's the experience on this? please help, really need it.

thanks a bunch
scott
