I have, as the title would imply, a small red lump on my groin, sort of near where the pubic hair discontinues for bare skin, though still under the hair.
It looks sort of like an acne spot, but I've had it for about a month or maybe a little longer and it hasn't decreased in size a whole lot....it has, but not much at all.
I'm thinking this is probably just an ingrown hair or something, but I've never attempted to shave there. I'm also thinking it could be where the waistband of my underwear is rubbing on it all the time, which might have caused it to stay inflamed for so long if it is just acne.
Any other ideas?

While I'm here though, I sometimes (very occasionally) get a little bit of leakage from the end down there...I'm thinking it's just urine, judging by the consistency and lack of smell. Thing is, I just felt my underwear get a bit damp, and when I looked there was a little wet patch, but I had only a faint desire to urinate before, which I put off to do some work. Now I know it sounds like I wet myself, but I wasn't aware I was leaking until I felt the slight wetness.
Just to rule a few things out, I'm a virgin.
