teeth decay ,the sugar 0nly respnsible for teeth decay .

I had some teeth decay before , and fillings

brushing teeth It's two times a day minimum .
Since i realy brush them 2 times a day , 2 minutes each time . I change the
brush every 2 weeks . no problems any more .
i don't have teeth decay any more . I didn't need any teeth filling for ten years .

I would like to ask a dentist . teeth decay is it only due to sugar ?
Because i have read this in sciences magazines .

The archeologist ,when they find oldest Skelton from our far ancestor , their teeth are all in
perfect condition . they didn’t have any teeth decay issues at that time . They had some teeth
broken ,some teeth used , but no one with teeth decay .
Even , they didn’t have any tooth paste and brush at that time , all our ancestors teeth were
free from teeth decay.

And the archeologists find out that our far ancestors had for the first time teeth decays when
they began to harvest wheat , because wheat contain one sugar in it , close to our sugar .

Our teeth decay is only due to the sugar ?, nothing else ?.
The sugar that makes us overweight .
The sugar again .

Re: teeth decay , the sugar .

Sugar alone will not cause tooth decay, but sugar + bacteria will. So brush teeth to reduce bacteria and apply fluoride to tooth surface; and keep sugar intake to minimum.
Prehistoric man did not have tooth decay because he did not have access to modern diet, neither did aborigenes, inuits, maoris, etc, until discovered by Europeans.
