itchy eye lid skin
my eye lids are itchy and dry skin is falling off from all the scatting they are old before there time the skin is becoming hard no longer soft skin

Sounds like an allergy to eye shadow or makeup. Try a non allergenic one but get the reaction cleared up first....there are some cortizone creams that are safe for use on the eyelids.
