Help Me Please

I have been on Zoloft for over two years. I think it has quit working. I am getting daily anxiety again and having panic attacks again. I went up on the dosage to see if that would help (per docs request) but it hasn't helped at all. I am going to switch to Lexapro but in the meantime, I need some support.

I was taking 150mg's of Zoloft. Today I went down to 125mg's.

I went to my daughters school for a Halloween party and was sweating so badly. It was awful. I kept feeling faint but obviously never did. I have been noticing the increased sweating ever since I went up to 150mg's but its happening a lot more now. Is that because of the increased anxiety and panic attacks?

I'm waiting to get into a psychiatrist but haven't heard back as to when that appt. will be. I just want to feel good again. I don't want to get back into the slump of not being able to go anywhere.

sorry you feeling so bad...I have anxiety but currently not on any medication...I refuse medication...All i can tell you is that it will pass, try yoga until you can see your doctor. Yoga helps with meditation and to concentrate..My sister was on zoloft 150 for a long time but recently went down to 50mg..she has some anxiety again but its do to the fact that she went down on dosage..just knowing helps

do you have any other diagnoses ? sometimes it takes times to grt a full diagnos. then getting the meds right takes trial and error with your doc.
