I need some help here please

My mom who is 63 years old had a ct scan done about a month ago and they found a dark spot on her test in her lungs near her heart. They did a bronchoscopy on her yesterday and she got the lab results from her lungs and as much as i have searched online i cannot find a "normal" result for these tests. I am going to post them here and I am hoping someone can help me interpret them and tell me if they are abnormal and the signifigance of them. Any help will be greatly appreciated I am worried sick!

About this test
Your physician will review each test result and notify you if further evaluation or treatment is needed.

Please note, standard ranges for tests may vary depending on age, gender and health conditions. Your result may be higher or lower than the standard range. A result outside of the standard range means it is different from the average, but may not mean there is a problem.
