Yogurt

If I freeze yogurt will I still receive the same benefits that yogurt provides?

it depends how long you keep that stuff...as i know, yoghurt can stand 3 days since it pack....

I don't think the bacteria strains that are helpful in the GI tract can withstand prolong freezing.
