scarring in right lung

From x-rays performed because of wheezing scarring was discovered in my six yr. olds right lung. She had severe ear infections at the time which is why we took her to the dr. in the first place. Repeat x-rays were done six weeks later that showed no change so dr. can't determine when or why this could have happened. My daughter has never had pneunomnia. Dr feels it is something to just wait and watch for now. I feel we should look for more answers on this and I have 2 questions. Where do we go from here and does this situation put her at risk for h1n1 or getting the vaccination for h1n1?
