strange spasm on right side body

hi,

I have this wierd spasm on my right side body, whenever i get up from sitting down or whatever, i get this uncontrolled spasm from my foot to my shoulder.

i can feel it coming up from my foot to my shoulders, its a strange and embrassing moment, especially in front of my brother and parents.

its like i cant controll this spasm on my right side of my body. >.<

i tried exerising my legs and stuff, but not working.

also, i do keep healthy and keep fit

please give me some ideas on what to do

This has got to be the most frustrating response that one can give, but my suggestion would be to see a doctor about it, particularly if you can show him/her what happens and when it happens.

Take note of all the instances when it happens, any pain, tingling, etc., and see what your doctor says.

Hopefully it is just a twitchy thing that will pass! I wish you the best!
