Twitching Face

Hello all:

This morning my right eyebrow started twitching, but just for a few seconds. Since then it would randomly twitch at random times during the day. Just a few minutes ago my right cheek started to twitch. As I am writing this my left cheek just twitced.

What is going on?

Re: Twitching Face

Thanks younggranny.

I have to think that you are right. The more I thought about it the morning twitching I had. I am also under a good amount of stress.

Thanks again

Re: Twitching Face

Ladies: Muscle twitching is a sign of magnesium deficiency. Are you craving chocolate? If so, chocolate has magnesium in it. Do you drink alot of caffeine? Caffeine reduces magnesium in your body. I had twitching right under my left eye and now I take a magnesium oxide supplement. Your body will know when it has enough magnesium because you'll end up with loose stools. Magnesium is also found in lots of green veggies and nuts. Eat up!!
