hair and eyebrows falling out

Hi this is my first time of doing this so I hope I do it ok. My hair has got very thin and receeding also my eyebrows have nearly all gone. I have had a thyroid check but they say it is ok. I have every symtom of underactive thyroid fet depressed, very tired, mood swings, sinuses, tinatus and many more. I am getting very frustrated as I have 3 nieces who have thyroid problems. I know the results test they do vary but I am convinced I have it. Does anyone know where I could go and get it chesked privately. Many thanks Eve

Hi many thanks for getting back. since I sent this note I spoke to NHS help line. I told them if I hadnt have had a blood test done, which they said was ok, and they were to read all my symtoms. you would definitely think I had an under active thryoid. But I know one of the test said I was border line, they told me to ask my Doctor to put me on tablets for a month just to see how I go, so that is what I am going to do. But thanks for your reply Bye
