hi my sister has got a white lump just above the tip of her tongue and its been a year and more she did not pay attention thinking that it must be ulcer and now she also consulted few doctors but they said its nothing serious without testing but now since two days she has got pain in that lump as she started her medicine for the same given by doctor but she is afraid as most of them tell her it is cancer... i and my sister are worried plss help

I have never seen anything like what you describe, but my advice would be to take it one step at a time. Have it tested and see what the results say. They say the faster you catch it, the better the prognosis. If it is cancerous, then you can immediately take steps to help it.
