Hi ttaylor
Congrats on quitting those filthy ciggies. It'll be one of the hardest but the best decision we have made to do

I'm at week 6 now and feeling great, it's getting alot easier and the cravings are coming less and less as each day comes :-). I'm just not letting my guard down this time and I'm going to complete each step of the NRT to give myself the best chance of staying quit.
I've been reading the Allen Carr book The Easy Way to Quit Smoking, it surprised me on how it has and still is helping me. I found for the first 2 to 3 weeks was the hardest, feeling agitated, short tempered, even lack of energy where all I wanted to do was sleep, maybe that was just to pass the time away I suppose. Now I have more energy, can breathe easier and I also feel more confident and don't forget being richer.....lol.
How are you quitting smoking, are you using any NRT? I'm using patches and nicorette inhalator + sugar free mints. Take Care and Keep in touch.
