Trouble breathing and swallowing / also rash

Alright, first things first. I have a rash that was diagnosed by my doctor as a tick bite that i would have gotten in Germany 4 months ago but was just now showing up in the form of bumps/rash that started on my stomach and have spread to my chest, inner thighs, armpits and upper arms. It looks (and is described almost perfectly) like Pityriasis Rosea. The doctor has me taking Doxycycline for the tick bite, and the bumps do seem to be going away, which is great.

But, now i have this chest pain that is scaring me a bit. It only happens when i breathe deeply or drink water/eat food, and it happens right around the sternum. It feels like there is a lot of pressure, as if there is some sort of swelling in my chest. The pain seems to hurt along the center of my chest between my neck and my diaphragm. Less worried about the rash, more worried about the chest pain. Thanks.
