Vitamin Suggestions for Seb Derm

Hi I have Seborrheic Dermatitis which is a fungal infection on my face which causes itching and flaking. I'm currently using a cream called Promiseb to treat it topically, but I think supplement treatment is much more important for a chronic infection like this.

I'm currently taking 1 fish oil 1200mg pill and 1 centrum multivitamin per day to help my skin. The multivitamin contains many different vitamins that are supposed to help Seborrhea like folic acid, zinc, B6 and B12, and biotin. But I'm only 18 and I'm wondering if taking this multivitamin is the right way to go. Should I just be taking supplements that are more directed at my condition? I've also been exreting extremely small amounts of blood the last two days.. and these supplements are the only things I changed in my diet. Any help would be appreciated...
