??? thyroid cancer

If an FNA shows favorable follicular neoplasm and hurthle cell metaplasia and a total thyroidectomy revealed thyroid tissue in the lymph nodes does that mean its cancer?

It really depends---usually with follicular it depends if the follicular cells were encapsulated in the tumor or not. What did the final path report say? What did your surgeon tell you?
