Do you ever get tired of just not feeling "right"?

I'm assuming that how I've been feeling lately is anxiety related, but my therpist said that it's normal for people to have off days where they just don't feel well and you forget about it and go on with your day. A person with anxiety focuses on it even though you try to put it to the back of your mind. Anyway, I just feel really off sometimes or not right. Like I get these physical symptoms or sensations even when I'm laughing and having a good time. It doesn't even have to be when I'm feeling anxious. Does this feeling bother or happen to anyone else and how do you deal with it? It's seriously so draining

I think i know what you mean. Is it like a cloudy feeling in your head and you just want to hit yourself a slap?

I find a good old stretch and a shake up kind of helps.

Feel like something is wrong and you just can't pin point what it is? I get days like that. My body is trying to tell me that there is something that I should be anxious about... but really there isn't anything wrong or anything that I can think of causing anxiety. I get frusterated enough of being fearful of so many other things.. that days where I can't pinpoint why I'm feeling it, suck.
