something in my throat

i feel like there is something in my throat... it comes and goes tho so im not sure if its my thyroid.... I was told i had thyroiditis<spelling is bad sorry lol>. anyway has anyone else felt that way? im a little scared that there is something really wrong.... thanks for any reply...

Odd sensations in the throat are very common to thyroid disease. I had a feeling that a golf ball was stuck in my throat when my thyroid was most inflamed. Many who've come and gone from this board have reported similar feelings, as well as soreness and trouble with swallowing and even breathing.
