has anyone got any tips how to win against council i want stairlift for my 11 old son who has cererbal palsy i have gone through complaints procedure got local councilor rang various support groups and charitys? their six in family his only 19 kilos. concil want us to have through lift installed but no room and its about fredom of choice. thanks coutney.
