Suggestions from Sufferers

If anyone is suffering from constant feeling like you have to pee irritating pain or urethra pain or bladder spasms or pelvic pain. Please anyone share your ideas on the best way to deal with it (without meds) or suggestions of (meds) that don't make you feel sick or dizzy.

Any home remedies or changes in everyday life to help deal with this? like foods or exersizes for it?

Re: Suggestions from Sufferers

Maybe you should research interstitial cystitis and pelvic floor dysfunction. Either of these will give you feelings of bladder fullness, burning, and spasms. The difference between these and a UTI is no bacteria is ever found in the urine.
There are many dietary changes that can help. As with most things it's a matter of trial and error and how things effect your body.

Thank you for your information. But i have a question for you if you don't mind..

Does gas or acid from you stomach have anything to do with pelvic pains or causing to irritate the bladder?

Re: Suggestions from Sufferers

Gas could cause pelvic pain or bloating but probably not bladder pain. Acidic food like tomato sauce, coffee and tea could cause bladder pain and I have read that for women with interstitial cystitis cranberry juice is very painful.
