IgAd and IgMd

Any treatment for these deficiencies? I have chronic sinus infections and occasional bronchial infections. Just finished 17days of leviquan and steroids...No one seems to know what to do and I feel awful almost all year.

Not for IGAd. IGA's half life is only a few days. I'm no expert, but aren't you IGGd too? I take weekly subcutaneous infusions of Vivaglobin for IGGd and IGMd. I could also take monthly IVIG but I get a smoother ride with sub-q.
