Hello Male 23 years old. Three to four weeks aogo i noticed a small spot on the shaft of my penis. I tried squeezing it and draining the fluid for a number of days but i think it may have got infected. Now i have noticed that at the base of my penis what appear to be a gland is inflamed and painful to touch. Also the area around the spot is inflamed and there is one or two small bumps under the skin?
Could these be infected hair folicles? I have booked an appointment at my local gp but i was wondering if anybody else knew what this may be or have an idea on what i can do to ease the problem?
I have recently been tested for std's and i am in the clear so i have ruled that out.
