loss of flexibiliity after tkr

I am two years past since TKR. I was able to get to 135 degrees flexibility in
about 6 weeks. A about one year later I started to loose flexion and
now continue to have inflammation and am down to 108 degrees of
flexion. X-rays shows no alignment problem. Doctors say no to
addittional surgery. I am on celebrex with very little relief. What can be done to help me.? I walk with no pain but it is very difficult to get
up and down and put on shoes, etc.

Re: loss of flexibiliity after tkr

Would a new course of PT help, I wonder? I also wonder why the continued inflamation after 2 years. Should that be? Did the inflamation start with the loss f flexion? Are you on an anti-inflamatory? Having a pain killer doesn't seem to me to be the answer.
