black spot on lip
what does it mean when I have a black spot on my lip?

I have to admit I have no idea but was it slightly raised? I had one like it for months, when I realised it wasnt going away I dug at it with a needle (which I wouldnt recommend by the way, it was effective though) so I'd be interested to know to.

Not sure but ive had 1 for about 6 months, and want to get rid of it. it seems like a sunspot or something.
