Lightbulb is lithium necessary?

I have been wondering why lithium works so well with bipolar , and to find that it lowers uric acid levels, and that lithium is used for gout, that I should look to lowering my uric acid levels.

My urine is acidic ( through testing with pendulum)

An acidic environment is also good for the parasites. so my regimen of an anti purine diet could work, lowering my need for medication.

I have been on lithium but so toxic for me.

john cade found high levels of uric acid in bi polar and used lithium to dissolve it.

I will try it and see what happens

Re: is lithium necessary?

Lithium worked for me for a while but no longer. And also the Thyroxine I have to take because ther Lithium has stuffed my Thyroid function might be causing my chronic insomnia which is taking me back to suicidal depression and concrete planning and Panic and Anxiety, so I'll be going off both Lithium and Thyroxine. God I hope these things DO explain the Insomnia because if they don't, I'm a gone-a.

Re: is lithium necessary?

Thank you for your reply.

my mum has a goitre, the derbyshire neck which was a lack of iodine in the soil.

there is a book called why am i so tired by martin budd.

kelp contains iodine

I asked the doctor if my mum could take kelp, and he said yes. I also take kelp when the pendulum said yes. see m.e. by jacqeline steincamp

I read somewhere that the reason the italians and greek women put on weight is a lack of iodine and that the hot weather depletes it. or they could live on either iodine deficient soil and/or diet

you could ask to be tested for uric acid.

bread increases uric acid.

also could you be lactose intolerant, and could have candida

some people with pour illnesses get better when fasting, so could be something in diet.

also fungal spores around the house living plants, mushrooms.

sugar is going to make things worse. as is alcohol tobacco and any stimulants like tea coffee and chocolate

organic juice like carrot and celery.

also Gillian Mckeith book is good as is Nutritional healing with colour by suzy chiazzari and
better health through nutritional healing by ross tratter deals with gout and parasites and other illnesses too.

it is important not to detoxify too quickly ar you could feel a lot worse take things slowly.

perhaps seeing a naturopath may help.
