life with two broken wrists

i am a 20 year old college student and recently fell about 25 feet from a tree. as a result both wrists were broken. this isn't my first encounter with a broken bone, in fact its the 5th. i already had a plate in my left arm which just made matters worse. i know the basics of living with a cast on my arm but have never had to deal with both arms being immobilized.

i moved back home with my parents for the time being so a care give or a health assistant is unnecessary. just looking for tips when im alone during the day. if anyone has advice from similar experiences for me to get through the next few weeks it would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
