low oxegyn level in the blood

I have a cousin that has been in the hospital for the last two weeks. The doctors can not find what the problem is. It started off that the valve next to his heart exploded this was do to high blood pressure from their things have gotten worse. They did control the blood pressure but since then he had a pneumonia that he has recovered from he has had high fevers on and off and know he is on 100% oxygen and they do not know what is going on. Also they have had to do 2 blood transfusions because he is not producing enough blood. They are going to do an echo ultra sound on his heart to see if anything has changed and this is the cause of the blood loss............. If ANYBODY has had any experience with any of this PLEASE let us know!!! We are in need of any incite!!! Thank you all
