Disability Determination - Doctor Review

Today I called the Disability Determination office to get the status of my case. It is now 120 days into the initial application from when they received all my info. They told me that it is currently being reviewed by a doctor in the agency. Any idea if this means anything (good or bad) or is it just a regular part of the process?
