daughters head swollen

My daughter fell out of a shopping cart last week. She is 4 yrs old and was rushed to the er, she hit her head, but there were no injuries. The Dr. said that she fine. but now a week later, her scalp is like swollen, just wondering if this is normal, or if she should see a physician. it doesn't hurt, but it's almost like a soft spot.

Have her pedetrician check her. It is not normal to have delayed swelling of the head after a bump.
