How do you know that is from anemia? Have you seen a doctor? And anemia is very common in women due blood loss during their monthly and not usually much of a problem.
If you are feeling dizzy and you know you have a problem with iron then you should probably be taking iron. Did you see a doctor to confirm your anemia? I am also very anemic and I developed a B12 deficiency on top of my iron deficiency which made me feel like sleeping all the time. If you haven't seen your Dr you should have him check it out. The dizziness would seem to indicate that if you are anemic, your iron must be very low to cause the dizziness...
