Need Opinions

Okay, I know you're not all psychic but today I talked to the examiner on my disability case.

The doctor has reviewed it and they are getting ready to sent it on to the local Soc Sec office so they can send me my letter. He said something about them sending the "letter and any other documents". What else would there be? All I got before was a denial letter. If they approve you, do they send you something in addition to the letter? Of course I'm just trying to read into what he said if it is likely denied or allowed. Any opinions?
