Stumped

Anyone else here have unexplained stomach cramps / pain ? I have almost constant stomach cramps / pain for years now. It is the worst first thing in the morning and after work. The cramps are in my lower left of abdomen about an inch from my belly button. If I press on that area it is uncomfortable. I also have an extremely tense neck and shoulders. No unusual bowels, weight loss or anything like that. Sometimes it's a dull pressure/ discomfort and then sometimes it is sharper. Probably a 3 out of 10 most of the time that escalates to a 6 out of 10 other times. I had an abdominal CT, but it turned up nothing. I also get mild discomfort in the testes that comes and goes. Would a CT have shown anything serious? I have had to give up smoking(not missing anything there),soda, spicy foods and alcohol. The smoking and alcohol certainly had a big effect. The soda and spicy foods were just based on what i've heard. My stomach feels best when I don't eat for 12 hours plus. I almost enjoy the stomach gurgling, because its better than the pain / cramping. Is that crazy? Could this be colon cancer or something serious?
