Exclamation Confusing Sensation

Hello all.
I'm new to the boards here, and it's nice to see a community like this around to share and help others.

My story short, I am only 20 years old, and for the past 2 years, I have struggled with anxiety attacks and panic attacks. They have got better, a lot better than they used to, pretty much by me just learning to cope, I have never took any medications and I don't want to to be honest.

However, I am experiencing something, and I'm not sure if it is a result from Anxiety, or maybe a nerve issue, or a deficiency, etc.

The only way to describe how I am feeling is an irritable sensation. I feel like I have to constantly stretch or move. I don't think it "hurts" or "itches", but it's just that odd sensation I feel and sometimes it's in one area, while another one later on. Sometimes I don't notice it and other times it lasts for a while. I lose sleep over it and it's driving me crazy.

Do any of you have ANY clue to why I would be experiencing this? Could it be anxiety or anything else I mentioned?
I got my bloodwork done about 2 months ago, but it was mainly for my cholesterol/lipids, etc because my father had a heart attack at 40, so they were mainly looking for that. Not sure if they could have detected any abnormalities with what they did, but as far as that test went, it was flawless.

Please help, even if it's just speculation/advice. Anything is better than nothing. Thanks.

Re: Confusing Sensation

HI! Welcome to the boards! I suffer from anxiety too! And there are so many mysterious symptoms you can have with this. I certainly would think that what you are dealing with could be a form of anxiety. Does it disturb your daily life or sleep? If so you may want to talk to your doctor and see if there is something you can take for it. I am sorry you are dealing with this. It is a nuisance. Hang in there!
