Palpitations literally almost every moment of the day and night for over a week?

ive been having palpitations for over a week pretty much non stop during the day and night while sitting up at the computer or while laying down going to bed and waking up..my heart rate is pretty much normal anywhere from 70-95 maybe occasionally goes to 100 very rare..i dont feel any irregular beat or any skipped or extra beats its just steady palpitations im 21 male..before these started like this i had chest pain and occasional palpitations in the last month or 2 ive had several ekgs, chest xrays, blood tests,24 hour halter monitor, echocardiograhm and heart stress test all came back normal they say its anxiety..normally i wouldnt be scared about palpitations but whats bothering me is that there non stop all day and night thats what got me worried and i cant get to the dr till mon cause hes away and the person covering dont accept my insurance do you think i should have anything to worry about considering all those tests were clear it just scares me that there non stop and i have stopped taking in all caffeine

pretty sure is anxiety if all tests are fine, you are just like how I was few years ago.
couple of things to know:
1 your pal is completely harmless, it would never come close to damaging your heart.
2 quit ALL heart irritants, coffee/coke/smoking/drinking etc.
3 try not to worry or be aware of your palpitation, you are no difference than any healthy person
4 relax more

hey just got back from the dr..he gave me an ekg that was fine blood pressure was normal..he listened to my heart and lungs all fine but he did hear and feel my heart pounding..he thinks its all uncontrolable anxiety he prescribed me toprol xl 25 mg he said take that for a month and see how im doing..if im still having problems then hes going to send me to cardiologist...but i just read online if you stop this med suddenly it could make your condition worse or even cause heart attack should i be worried considering my heart is supposivly healthy,im 21 and im taking a low dosage?

hi good to know its anxiety not your heart! I mean you're only 21 theres no reason your heart suddently goes wrong... the antidepressant drug should be very effective from my own experience but only after some 2 weeks so you need to keep taking although no result immediately.
Anxiety treatment usually has to go for years to completely restore you to normal state so never stop the medication on your own, ALWAYS SEEK YOUR DOCTORS ADVICE FIRST!
also the heart attack you said, never heard of it.

Try checking your adrenal gland function. Weak adrenals are what is causing my heart to palpitate or skip beats even. My nutritionist is working with me on a supplementation protocol to correct it without having to take actual "DRUGS". Since all drugs are toxic to a degree, this is good by me. As far as the adrenals, stress, bad diet with caffeine, sugar, lots of carbs, and other things can cause them to weaken.
