You asked about the anit-inflammatory crear. It is called Diclofenac and costs $11.70 here in canda for a 1 1/2 oz. container.

I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis by a tmj specialist in Vancouver B.C. I didn't have any special tests done except for my x-rays and by his oral exam. The cost was $250.00 to see him.

I saw my dentist yesterday and she has ordered me a new splint (lower Hard splint) based on his findings and the cost is approx. $200.00

Hi Grace,

I'm in Vancouver and am looking for a TMJ specialist. Can you recommend anyone? My dentist just gave me a night guard, but my gut tells me I need more than this, and I'd like to consult with a TMJ specialist.

Any info you can provide would be awesome. Thanks!
