Throat discomfort with TMJ?

Does anyone have occasional throat discomfort with TMJ? I sometimes get a burning feeling in my throat or feel like I have a lump in my throat. Anyone else?

I get the same, and burning in my mouth and tongue.

No. Never experienced a burning in my throat. I do have a burning, in a small spot, in the back of my neck.

Yes, I also have a feeling of a lump in my throat as well as difficulty swallowing, pain at base of tongue and ear pain. Sorry. Hope it gets better for you!

Yes, i had all kinds of problems in my throat, from feeling like had a growth in my throat to a burning, which i thought at first was a sore throat but it wasn't where a sore throat would occur, i also had swollen glands at times in my neck & by my ear, tons of ear pain & eye pain on the one side & headaches.
