The last week I've been trying to start taking garlic tabs 650 mg. When I first started taking them my stomach got upset and then I had the runs so I stopped for a few days and it went away. Last couple days I've cut the dose and started back up. First 2 days was OK then today I had a loose stool again. I'm tryng to dial it in as to when I should take the tabs to see if that helps. Taking right before food isn't working. Gonna try during food for a while.
Anybody else have this problem with upset stomach from garlic tabs?
