Post Cetyl Myristoleate (CMO)

I've just been reading about a supplement called cetyl myristoleate (CMO), a fatty ester derived from the tallow of beef which supposedly functions as a joint lubricator, pain killer, anti inflammatory and most importantly, an immune system regulator. Cetyl myristoleate is believed to act on memory T cells in the immune system i.e. it may re-program them so that they don't attack one's own connective tissues.
This is why CMO has been found to be so effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis as well as other auto immune diseases. CMO is believed to act as a surfactant, not only lubricating the involved joints, but also lubricating the entire body, making muscles
glide more smoothly over other muscles, bursas, and bones and at the same time softening these tissues thus making them more pliable.
So has anyone taken or know of anyone who has taken CMO with any success?
Thanks.
