Post Liquid Trace Minerals - are they safe to consume?

Hi,
I was in a health food store recently and the nutritionist there recommended a liquid mineral supplement for my water. However when I read the bottle I was horrified to see trace amounts of things like arsenic, lead, titanium, Fluoride, Tin, etc. Another formula even had aluminum! Now of course the companies insist that taking this stuff is safe, but has anyone looked into this ? I would be interested in hearing some insights into this.....Al

Sounds like tap water.

There are some good ones that don't have any of those minerals in them. I use one and while it doesn't make a tremendous difference the reality is that mineral deficiencies are probably more commonplace than medical science can evaluate at this time.

I like one called Cell Food in particular.

Hey, thanks for the recommend. I just could not see willingly putting stuff like arsenic, mercury, lead, aluminum, etc. in my body - and for supposed "health" reasons?? The whole idea seems insane to me. God knows we get enough of that toxic crap from just plain living.

Definitely agreed.

I'll see if I can find a particular brand at the health food store.

Cell Food is great, but a slight bit pricey. I'll be looking for something as well and report what I find.
