Question Question for Peregrine...please r/o

I read on a post below that you take magnesium in a powder form. Do you mind if I ask you what kind is it(i.e. magnesium citrate, magnesium chloride, etc?)? Also, where do you buy yours from? I want to start taking magnesium, and I am curious to know what is the best one. I am a healthy 25yo female. Thanks.

Highly recommend Natural Calm Mag. powder. It is Magnesium citrate and you can probably get it at any health food store. It is expensive but will last a long while, depending on how much you need. Start slow - 1 tsp. and then work your way up until you have loose bowels, then inch back a bit. That is all your system needs . . . for the moment. You may find you can take more as your body adjusts, but if not, that is all you need.

All the best!
