EFA combo

Hi, I was curious to know if it is better to take A EFA (essential fatty acid)combo or would it make a difference if I just took fish oil or flax seed?

Ground flax seed will also give you soluble fiber which helps cholesterol and triglicerides control.

You would have to eat a lot of flax seed to equal what you would get from a tablespoon of flax oil. Barleans includes all the omegas. I'm sure there are other good brands as well.

There is no fiber in the oil. So, if fiber is not a concern, then the oil would be Ok.
