Post Muscle Defination

Hi..I am wondering if any of you know of GOOD suppliments to use for defination..Not THE big body builder stuff, just to be CUT UP..Ect? Defined..


ALso in relation to suppliments, IF you take a fat burning type of suppplment is it true that if you are LEAN this may kick your body to pull for more fat...As someone mentioned ..Eating at the tissues?

being a personal trainer , working at all the healthfood stores, taking almost every supplement. training amatuer bodybuilders...id say low body fat will show muscle defenition, meaning your diet is key. weight training will of course help, but diet is at least 80% of the game, if not more. there are supplements that may help, but without the diet, they are worthless. low weight doesnt mean low bodyfat either. just my two cents.

its hard to cut fat without burning some muscle, but you can do things to preserve muscle. keeping your protein high, and the amino acid L-glutamine can help.
