A number of people here have stated that the Weight Smart vitamins made them sick, which makes me somewhat suspicious of these vitamins. But try taking them with a full meal, not just a piece of fruit--maybe that will take care of the problem. Chromium Picolinate is supposed to be helpful for weight loss, and Coenzyme Q-10 gives you more energy, which can help with exercising.
It sounds like you are doing very well with your diet and exercise program and you should start seeing good results. My feeling is that most supplements that claim to help you lose weight either don't really do much (if anything), or they have unpleasant side effects. If you just eat less and exercise more (and stick with it), you will lose weight. Good luck
