You should eat 3 meals a day with the 3 healthy snacks in between to keep your blood sugar level so that you feel better all day long. When you skip those between meal snacks or they are not healthy ones your blood sugar tends to drop if you don't eat or go way high and then drop veryyyyyyyyyyyyy quickly if it is not a healthy snack and you body has to rush to make enough insulin to cover these surges and drops.
