I have used both efx, and rfa, and they do help curb your eating a bit, and the rfa also helps speed your metabolism and acts as a diuretic, you cant eat like an animal and lose weight, sorry it doesnt work that way (I too wish it did) Find yourself a time (preferably A.M.) that you can work out at minimum 4 times a week, Get rid of sugary treats (a glass of soda can contain 200 useless calories) Eat small poprtions 5 or 6 times a day and set realistic goals, you may lose 5-8 pounds the first week, but after that set something that is not easy but is healthy and moderate about 3 lbs a week, only weigh yourself 1 time a week, the same day every week, and make sure you do it at the same time every time as your weight can fluctuate 3+ pounds from morning to night. GOOD LUCK I went from 5'9" 248 to 180 and have maintainned for 6 years, so if I can do it anyone can, cause I can sit an eat a half gallon of strawberry ice cream with the best of them.
