Red face Feel jittery - Xenadrine EFX

I have bought Xenadrine EFX yesterday, and this morning I took my first dose. I was hungry, but it said take before breakfast, which I did, then 30 minutes later, I can't even eat breakfast. I do feel a bit nausea, but when I think about eating I feel more sick.

I took 2 of the ephedra-free pills. And after about 30 I started to feel warm and feel quite jittery. Yes, I do know that, although it's ephedra-free, it still has "bitter orange" which comes close, but way not as harmful as ephedrine, so please no lectures about that.

It's now 6:50 am, I took it at about 5:30. I'm not as jittery anymore, but I feel cold and I got some diaarea. (Sorry for the misspelling.)

My question is for people who have tried xenadrine efx.
What dosage do you take and have you experienced side effects? Did anybody have problems eating, and or nausea?

I guess I should try taking only one and let my body get adjusted to it, right?

Also, I have been taking Metabolite for the last 2 weeks, and in the beginning one made me jittery, but lately I took 2 in the morning/lunchtime/late afternoon and had no side effects anymore.

But I thought I should quit Metabolite anyway and try something without ephedra.

So just to make it clear, I only take the Xen EFX now, and nothing else.

Please share your experience!

hey augi...

yes, i take efx. i too felt a little jittery when i started taking. may i suggest you start with one in the morning and one in the afternoon. two, in the morning, on the first day is too much. Also, definately eat with it. Take it with b/fast. not so much, before. it will still curb your appetite! (im currently fasting on a protein shake and have decided not to take it while i'm doing that b/c its just bad w/out food! makes me sick too w/out food!)
Try that and see how it goes. the jittery-ness does wear off. try this for the first week. and yes, loose stools do occur.

good luck!

thanks dietqueen! I was actually hoping that you reply, because I remember you posting that you take xen efx.
Yeah, I'm gonna take 1 morning/1 afternoon.

And yes, no wonder I felt like I'm on crack or something when I took 2 on an empty stomach...

Do you think I should take another one in the afternoon? Wonder if a 2-4-6-8 diet would be ok to do while one is on it.

Thumbs up

Thanks again. I'll follow your advice and won't take one later. I still feel the effect of them a little bit, 3 hrs later.

I hope I can get some sleep soon, because I got up at 2am this morning, to drive my husband to work, and then I took the Xen EFX at 5:30am and now at 8:30am I'm still up, but tired. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/yawn.gif

Hah, guess I should have slept first and then take the pills... http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif
