lie on ur back, with knees bent, arms parallel to the ground. Lift your knees up towards ur chest and go as far as u can.. put them down and repeat. do at least 300 a day.. better than sit ups.. got my abs flat in 6 days.

I haven't tried this on my stomach yet, but I saw a show in Japan that discussed some new research on spot toning. They said this is supposed to remove a couple inches off your stomach (if that's the area you use it on) in just 10 days:

Massage your stomach (by grabbing and squeezing the fat between the palms of your hands) for about 5 minutes and then exercise for 15 minutes. Do that twice a day for 10 days (or more). The idea is that the massage releases noradrenaline into the massaged area, which breaks up the fat in that area into something used by muscles in exercise. But you need to exercise within 10 minutes of the massage or else it goes back to the fat it came from.

If you don't do this, the body takes noradrenaline from all over your body evenly. But this massage thing is supposed to focus the noradrenaline on the part of your body you're trying to lose to ensure more fat reduction from that area than other parts of the body.

At least that's what they say.

I haven't tried it on my stomach. I have been trying it on my left thigh though. I did only one thigh so I could compare it to the other. The thigh I did it on did lose fat much faster than the other thigh.

They did say that it doesn't work with everybody though. They said that it doesn't work on people that are underweight. I don't know who else it doesn't work on though. They didn't say.

Anyways, this was just discussed on one TV show and they're not making money off it by pushing a book or anything, so it seems reliable. (I'm a skeptic though, so I'm just doing it on my left thigh to compare.)
